This review is published so that students and business professionals will have the knowledge they need to make a smart decision when they seek professional writing services. We have taken several factors into consideration in developing this review, including the content on the website itself, DissertationTeam.com testimonials published on that site, customer feedback that has been posted elsewhere on the web, and from an assessment of a research paper which we ourselves ordered from the company.

To read the landing page, it appears that this company only provides academic writing for graduate students who need theses and dissertations. By navigating to the other links, however, we discovered that Dissertation Team also provides academic for high school and undergraduate students, as well as business writing and resume/CV production, along with editing. Virtually all forms of academic writing are offered, as well as a full line of business-related genres, including plans, manuals, and e-commerce business writing.

Quality of Services

Our Dissertation Team review used the same factors that we use with all writing company reviews relative to quality. We reviewed the quality of content writing on the site itself, took into account Dissertation Team customer reviews published on the Internet, and, of course, evaluated the quality of the research paper we ordered and received.

The company has no blog or sample writings to review, although the general web content was written in appropriate grammatical style. Customer reviews were mixed, the biggest complaint being that the ordered products were quite expensive for the quality received. We found this to be true for the research paper we ordered as well. An 8-page undergraduate level research paper with 4 easily-found resources was priced at $239.20. The paper we received adhered to our order instructions, but we did have concerns regarding the quality of writing. There were a number of sentence structure and grammatical errors.

The other concern that we must note is the statements on the site that a full and complete doctoral dissertation could be completed in a matter of a few days. This is, of course, a physical impossibility. We telephoned customer service (they are open 24 hours) and asked how quickly a dissertation could be prepared, and they confirmed what the site says. We then asked how that was possible when it involved an original research project. We were told simply that they did it all of the time and could do it for us as well. We were also told that the writer would actually conduct the research project.

Because we and other customers actually received the products we ordered, we can certainly say that Dissertation Team is not a fraud or scam. However, we would caution customers when they order major graduate-level works.

Dissertation Team BBB membership is a positive, no major complaints have been filed against the company.

Pricing, Payment, and Discounts

DissertationTeam.com prices range from $17.55 - $42.75 per page, and like most services, depend upon type of writing and deadline. There are no Dissertation Team discounts published anywhere on the site, and we also search each page for any type of DissertationTeam.com coupon codes that might be awarded to loyal customers, to no avail. There was no place for a DissertationTeam promo code on the order form either, so we must assume that discounts are never offered.

Additions: Other Important Features

The company offers free title pages, tables of contents and bibliographies; it also provides a plagiarism report upon request. No other features are advertised.

Summary

Relative to DissertationTeam pros & cons, we would offer this. A student who orders a piece of writing will get that piece of writing, and his/her instructions will be followed. The quality of writing, however, could certainly be improved, given that all writers are supposed to have Master’s or PH.D. Degrees. We would also caution graduate students at this time.
