In addition to seeing which services are offered, we thoroughly explored the website. One thing that we look at is overall website quality. We found the site difficult to navigate. We had trouble finding the information that we needed. In addition to this the writing quality on the website was very poor. We found misspellings and other mistakes. It is clear that this website was not created by native English speakers.

We read some of the writing samples offered up on the site, and found the writing to be absolutely appalling. Unfortunately, the essay we received showed the same quality issues. We contacted customer service with our complaints, but got nowhere. It seems to us that the negative customer reviews we read are pretty much accurate.
