4.     There is no information regarding writers other than to say that they are all native English-speaking professionals from the U.S. and UK.

5.     There are no sample writing products available for customers to preview.

6.     The research paper we ordered had some clear issues in composition and structure. We requested revisions, and it took 3 tries to get exactly what we wanted. The site states that it provides refunds when a customer is dis-satisfied; however, this does not appear to be true, and we attempted to link to the “Money Back Policy” listed at the bottom of the home page, we were only given contact information. No policy exists.

7.     There is no record of a My Paper Writer BBB membership.

We can conclude that My Paper Writer is not a fraud or scam, but quality and service are problems in some respects.

MyPaperWriter.com prices range from $17.55 to $45.85 per page, and depend upon the type of writing and the deadline. We could find no evidence of My Paper Writer discounts and when we inquired we were told that those could be negotiated if the order was really large. There is a MyPaperWriter.com promo code field on the order form, but there does seem to be any place to get one. The same thing applies for a MyPaperWriter.com coupon codes.

Payments can be made via all major credit cards and PayPal and payment information is secured by a third-party secure processor.
