Top Writers Reviews continues its efforts to provide consumers of writing services with reviews and evaluations of current online writing services. In preparing these reviews, we always set the same criteria and factors, so that a real comparison among writing services is possible. This review is of PapersMart.net, a writing company that appears to have be in business for approximately 8 years. To prepare this review, we have studied all content of the website itself, Papersmart.net testimonials, customer comments found throughout the web, and, as well, have ordered and received a college level research paper, in order to evaluate product and writer quality. We have prepared the following Papers Mart review as a result of our investigation.

Factor 1: PapersMart.net Services

We found a full listing of the offered products and services on the site’s home page, along the right rail. The company provides all types of academic writing products from high school essays through doctoral dissertations. We did not find editing and re-writing. Relative to professional writing products and services, we found business plan and grant writing. And admissions and scholarship essays are also offered.

Factor 2: Quality of Services

We base our assessment of quality on a number of factors. First, we review the actual text content on the website. While it is certainly comprehensive in explanation, we found odd word usage and sentence structures, indicating a foreign composer of the text.

Second, we normally look at sample writings. However, PapersMart has not published any samples for our review. There is a blog, though, and we did review several of the posts. These looked much more like samples than blog posts, for the most part, and our reviews did find some disappointing trends. Content was disjointed in some instances; none of the samples were based upon research with citations, and, again, there were word usage issues and some grammatical problems.

Third, we looked at writer expertise. The company states that all of its writers possess either Master’s or Ph.D.’s, and that they all write on a variety of topics for students at all levels of study.

Fourth, we review the Papers Mart customer reviews found on the site and at other places on the web. While the site has a link to testimonials, there are no testimonials to be found on that landing page. In fact, we were unable to find testimonials anywhere on the site. We did find out customer reviews, with the following results. All customers stated that their ordered products were delivered on time and that they did adhere to customer specifications. There were some expressed concerns about word usage and grammar.

The research paper we ordered was also delivered on time. And we too found some of the issues that were present in blog posts/samples. Parts were a bit disjointed in structure, and issues of word usage and sentence structure were present as well. The writer did, however, follow our instructions precisely.

The customer support department is advertised as open 24/7. However, it is actually closed on Sundays. We did contact the department and speak with a representative who was pleasant and able to answer most of our questions.

Based upon this portion of our review, we are able to definitely say that Papers Mart is not a fraud or scam.

Factor 3: Pricing, Payments and Discounts

PapersMart.net prices are about average for the industry, ranging from $12/page for a high school essay to $50/page for doctoral products. Our paper was $136.00 and, because there was no PapersMart promo code for a first-time customer discount, we paid the full price.

It was difficult to find the discount plan, but ultimately we did. While there are not special pricing offers or PapersMart.net coupon codes offered or promised, there are discounts given based upon total amount of expenditures. Once a customer spends $500, there is a 5% discount; a 10% discount once total spent reaches $1000; and a permanent 15% discount once total customer spending reaches $2000. No other Papers mart discounts could be found.

Methods of payment are standard and comparable to those of all other credible writing services – major credit cards and PayPal. Payment methods are secure, and customer can feel safe using the payment process on this site.

Other Important Features

There are not truly distinguishing features of this writing service. It does provide for free revisions and has the important policies in place for reputable business operations. It does not offer the free pages that many other companies do.

Summary

To summarize PapersMart pros & cons, we offer the following thoughts:

1.    The company is diligent about meeting deadlines and following customer instructions.

2.    The Papers Mart BBB membership is a plus and we could find no registered complaints.

3.    There are some issues with writing quality, both on the site and within products delivered to customers.

4.    It is odd that in 8 years of operation, there are not customer testimonials to publish.

5.    We are disappointed that customers pay for title and bibliography pages.

Overall, we are assigning a PapersMart.net rating of “Fair.”
